You'll guide guests through a menu celebrating local cuisine and regional flavors, working with a fast-moving team that takes pride in attentive, consistent service. Responsibilities Welcome guests and manage the full sequence of service through farewell. Explain dishes, ingredients and pairings, recommending options that suit each guest. Notice guest needs early and respond with warmth and discretion. Handle inquiries and resolve service mistakes promptly. Work with teammates to maintain consistent service standards. Requirements 2-4 years of experience At least 2 years in upscale dining or hotel service Full sequence of service Menu knowledge and guest recommendations Warm, attentive guest communication Rotating shift, weekend and public holiday availability Upscale dining or hotel table service (2+ years) End-to-end table service, from welcome to farewell Menu, ingredient and pairing knowledge Taste-based guest recommendations Guest feedback and complaint resolution
