Warehouse & Fulfilment Manager

Job Summary Our Client is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Fulfilment Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, stock security, deliveries, and transfers to boutiques. The successful candidate will ensure efficient warehouse operations, accurate inventory records, timely fulfilment, and effective loss-prevention controls. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse and fulfilment operations. Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock transfers. Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts/reconciliations. Coordinate deliveries and transfers to boutiques and other business locations. Maintain proper storage, handling, and security of inventory. Implement effective stock control and loss-prevention measures. Monitor warehouse processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement. Coordinate with Retail, Sales, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment. Monitor warehouse staff, productivity, and operational KPIs. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, losses, and fulfilment issues. Prepare regular reports on inventory, warehouse performance, and stock movements. Requirements Bachelor's degree/HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory, fulfilment, or logistics management. Proven experience managing warehouse operations and inventory control. Strong knowledge of stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and loss prevention. Experience coordinating deliveries and inter-location/boutique stock transfers. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of inventory/warehouse management systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Experience in retail, luxury retail, FMCG, or a multi-location business environment is an advantage.
