Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lekki for a Warehouse Assistant at Mercedes-Benz Nigeria.
The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operations, including receiving, packing, and dispatching inventory, managing stock levels, and overseeing inventory control processes.
Additional duties include ensuring the accurate and efficient operation of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, and providing excellent customer service during interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience in Packing, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management
Proficiency in Forklift Operation and safe handling of warehouse machinery
Strong Customer Service skills and ability to handle client interactions professionally
Highly organized with attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems and documentation
Physical capability to perform manual tasks, such as lifting and organizing products as required
High school diploma or equivalent, with prior warehouse experience as a plus
