Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, responsive, and customer-focused Weekend Customer Service Representative to support our operations on Saturdays and Sundays.
The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
Process orders and provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Support weekend operations to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in any relevant field
Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of using CRM tools and social media platforms
Must be proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
Mandatory Requirement:
Candidate must reside in or around Osapa, Lekki (proximity is strictly required)
Work Schedule:
Days: Saturday & Sunday (3PM)
