About the Role

The Wellness Product Manager owns the Zuri Health wellness portfolio from end to end, for individuals, corporates and institutional clients. The role combines commercial responsibility, which includes identifying and winning wellness business, growing revenue and retaining clients, with full operational ownership of every wellness activity. That ownership runs from proposal and budgeting, through planning, staffing and execution, to the timely delivery of results, medical reports and closing insights.

The Wellness Product Manager is the central coordination point between the client and the internal Zuri Health departments of medical and clinical, finance, marketing, logistics and technology. The role is accountable for the quality, profitability, compliance and client experience of the entire wellness function.

Proactive Wellness Planning and Health Education
Quality, Compliance and Risk Management
Team and Resource Oversight


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in nursing, Public Health, Health Systems Management, Health Promotion, Business, Marketing or a related field.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate wellness, health programme management, healthcare business development, occupational health or a closely related role.
Demonstrated experience planning and executing wellness or health events from end to end, including budgeting and reporting.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, sales or client retention targets.
Strong working knowledge of preventive health, health screening protocols and wellness service delivery.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and in CRM tools.


Added Advantage


A clinical background or registration with a relevant professional body.
Experience working with corporate HR, Insurance or occupational health teams.
Familiarity with data protection requirements for health data and with digital health platforms.
Experience managing budgets and supplier relationships.
