Role Summary


‎We are hiring a highly responsive, emotionally intelligent and result-driven WhatsApp Customer Service Executive to manage daily customer enquiries from ads and other channels, build trust quickly, guide customers to the right products, and convert conversations into sales.


‎Key Responsibilities


‎Respond to all WhatsApp enquiries promptly and professionally
‎Convert daily inbound leads from ads into paid orders
‎Guide customers on product selection, especially shade matching for foundation
‎Handle objections confidently and close sales without sounding pushy
‎Follow approved scripts, pricing, delivery information and brand policies
‎Upsell and cross-sell relevant RLG Cosmetics products
‎Maintain accurate follow-up with interested customers until conversion
‎Escalate complaints properly while protecting brand image
‎Keep chat records organized and updated
