Role Summary
We are hiring a highly responsive, emotionally intelligent and result-driven WhatsApp Customer Service Executive to manage daily customer enquiries from ads and other channels, build trust quickly, guide customers to the right products, and convert conversations into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to all WhatsApp enquiries promptly and professionally
Convert daily inbound leads from ads into paid orders
Guide customers on product selection, especially shade matching for foundation
Handle objections confidently and close sales without sounding pushy
Follow approved scripts, pricing, delivery information and brand policies
Upsell and cross-sell relevant RLG Cosmetics products
Maintain accurate follow-up with interested customers until conversion
Escalate complaints properly while protecting brand image
Keep chat records organized and updated
