Electrical Trade Test certificate
Have at least 5 years' experience as an Electrician with specific 2 years' experience on Winders
Medically fit to work in the specific business area
Clear security screening record

Key Responsibilities:
Winder Operations Ensuring safe achievement of production performance levels through the effective maintenance of equipment Visiting sites and equipment locations on the mine and undertake equipment audits and inspections in respect to engineering workmanship, quality and compliance with engineering policies, procedures and standards Identifying control procedures to ensure each key risk for equipment type is properly controlled and monitored Attending to winder breakdowns Monitoring compliance to winder maintenance schedules to remedy deviations Ensuring compliance to MHSA and Sibanye Stillwater standards and procedures Interacting with other departments and across functional teams Reporting defects and abnormalities to appropriate supervisor or manager Administration and reporting Prepare and update procedures, specifications, regulations, safe work procedures, codes of practice etc. Apply legal requirements and complete safety, injury, hazard, risk and incident reports Prepare ad-hoc reports for management or other information customers Ensure that accurate labour records including overtime worked are maintained Ensure completion of log sheets and down time reports Ensure that engineering administration requirements are complied with Stakeholder Relations Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and externally at all levels and cross-functionally. Ensuring open communication channels with all relevant stakeholders.
Financial Management Ensures that costs are controlled, and wastage of resources is eliminated by working within prescribed budgets. Reports deviations to Supervisor.
