Responsibilities
Financial Record Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all transactions
Record daily financial activities and ensure proper classification of accounts
Reconcile bank statements and financial records regularly
Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Generate management reports to support decision-making
Ensure timely submission of financial reports to stakeholders
Budgeting & Forecasting
Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts
Monitor budget performance and track variances
Provide insights on cost trends and financial performance
Payroll & Expense Management:
Process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule
Monitor employee compensation and statutory deductions
Oversee expense tracking and cost control measures
Taxation & Compliance:
Handle tax computations, filings, and statutory remittances
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting and regulatory standards
Support audit processes and provide required documentation
Financial Analysis & Advisory;
Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities
Provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency
Support management with financial planning insights
Documentation & System Management:
Maintain proper financial documentation and filing systems
Use accounting software effectively for financial processing and reporting
Ensure data accuracy across all financial systems.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years experience.
