Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Field Operations:


Support execution of assigned projects from initiation to completion
Assist in coordinating field activities and on-site operations
Liaise with field teams and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery
Monitor project progress and report delays or challenges promptly


Vendor & Stakeholder Management:


Communicate with vendors and service providers on project requirements
Ensure vendors deliver tasks according to agreed timelines and standards
Assist in tracking vendor performance and project compliance
Escalate issues where necessary to supervisors


Reporting & Documentation:


Prepare daily and weekly project reports using Microsoft Office tools
Maintain accurate records of project activities, updates, and expenses
Compile field data and submit structured reports to management
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all project materials


Administrative & Operational Support:


Assist in scheduling and organizing project activities
Support logistics coordination for field assignments
Maintain proper records of ongoing tasks and deliverables
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors


System & Computer-Based Work:


Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools for documentation
Update project trackers and databases accurately
Ensure proper digital filing and organization of project records


Qualifications and Requirements


Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Masscomm or any related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in project support, or operations.
Candidate would be required to travel when the need arises
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to engage in field work and operational activities
Ability to manage tasks and work with minimal supervision.
