Accountant at Proforce Limited

Location: Ode-Remo Facility, Ogun State
Salary Range: ₦200,000 - ₦300,000 (Monthly)

Proforce Galaxies Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accountant to join our finance team at the Ode-Remo facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting accurate financial reporting to aid informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities


Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals
Process daily accounting transactions including invoices, payments, and receipts
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Monitor expenses, budgets, and cash flow
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PAYE, VAT, WHT, etc.)
Support internal and external audits
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and contro


Requirements & Qualifications


HND / BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 2 - 5 years relevant accounting experience
Solid knowledge of Nigerian accounting standards and tax regulations
Proficiency in accounting software (Sage) and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite environment


Professional certification (ICAN/ACCA) will be an added advantage.
