The Brief


​We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with a strong background in the Manufacturing or FMCG sectors to join our team. This is a Top Priority hire for a professional who understands the nuances of credit/debit functions and has hands-on experience with major ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, or SAGE. With a competitive salary package of 9M - 10M per annum, this role offers a significant opportunity for a skilled accountant to manage financial operations across our Lagos and Port Harcourt locations.


​Key Responsibilities


​Manage core accounting functions, ensuring high accuracy in all credit and debit transactions.
​Oversee financial reporting and data management within the manufacturing framework.
​Utilize ERP software (Oracle, SAP, or SAGE) to streamline financial processes and reporting.
​Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial compliance within the FMCG environment.


Requirements


​Experience: Minimum of 4 - 5 years of progressive experience in an accounting role.
​Sector Expertise: Proven experience within the Manufacturing or FMCG industries is mandatory.
​Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle ERP, SAP, or SAGE.
​Core Knowledge: Deep understanding of basic accounting principles, specifically ledger management (Credit/Debit).
