KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Know your system and equipment
Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning and maintenance teams
Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and equipment, are well-maintained
Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and safety standards
Monitoring the energy efficiency and cost- effectiveness
Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
Drafting reports and making written recommendations
Routine floor walk and checks
Partner with store operations to protect the facility through preventative maintenance schedule
Coordination with HO team for support
Ensure the required supplies are in place example diesel, plumbing, electrical etc.
Monthly expenses report
Documentation and records
Receive/Attend to government agencies
