Key performance areas


Screen and manage all telephone calls, enquiries, and requests, handling or redirecting as appropriate
Meet and greet visitors, including prospective families and stakeholders, at all levels of seniority
Handle incoming emails and perform general administrative functions
Support basic financial administration as assigned
Oversee stock control for items such as stationery and furniture
Liaise effectively with central office, executive heads, secretaries, clients, suppliers, and other staff
Maintain excellent records and logs as required
Uphold the values and professional standards of the school in all interactions
Perform additional relevant duties as directed by the Head of School or Manager


Qualifications, experience and skills


Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent
Appropriate qualification from a recognised institution
Relevant experience in an admissions, office administration, or client service position
Demonstrated financial acumen and experience
Experience with stock control (e.g., stationery, furniture) preferred
Highly proficient and experienced in Microsoft Office
Strong financial and administrative skills
Excellent telephone and email communication
Professional appearance and conduct, capable of interacting with senior stakeholders
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to prioritise work and manage multiple tasks
Effective relationship-building and client service mindset
Personal commitment to education and the values/ethos of the school
Clear criminal record
