Job Summary


The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing bespoke furniture layouts and interior architectural solutions that align with client requirements, space functionality, and the company's design standards.
This role bridges architectural design, furniture production, and on-site implementation to ensure high-quality, practical, and aesthetically pleasing outcomes.


Key Responsibilities


Develop architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed plans for bespoke furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and interior fit-outs.
Conduct site surveys and measurements to ensure accurate space planning and feasibility.
Collaborate closely with the production, carpentry, and installation teams to translate designs into build-ready specifications.
Prepare technical drawings, 3D visuals, and shop drawings for client approval and manufacturing.
Ensure designs comply with building regulations, health and safety standards, and client specifications.
Support the sales and project management teams with design input during client consultations and proposals.
Review materials, finishes, and fittings to ensure quality, durability, and cost efficiency.
Manage design revisions based on client feedback and project constraints.
Provide on-site support during installation to resolve design or technical issues.


Skills and Competencies:


Strong architectural design and space-planning skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
Good understanding of furniture construction, materials, and joinery processes.
Ability to interpret client briefs and translate them into functional designs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and time management skills.
