Job Summary


The Field Sales Marketer is responsible for driving business growth by actively sourcing new clients, promoting the company's products and services, and converting leads into sales through direct, face-to-face engagement.
This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual who can represent the company professionally in the field and build strong customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities


Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, site walk-ins, networking, and referrals.
Promote and sell the company's products and services, clearly communicating value and benefits to clients.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into confirmed sales.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
Work closely with the office, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and delivery.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients to maintain long-term relationships.
Meet or exceed agreed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Provide regular reports on field activities, leads generated, conversions, and market feedback.


Qualifications and Experience


Previous experience in field sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
Experience in furniture, interiors, construction, or related industries is desirable but not essential.
Full UK driving licence.

Confident and persuasive sales approach with good negotiation skills.
