Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
Manage and optimize company accounts on online marketplaces including Jumia, Kilimall, Glovo, Bolt, Uber, and other relevant platforms.
Ensure full compliance with each marketplace's policies, SLAs, and performance metrics.
Product Listings & Pricing
Create, upload, and maintain accurate product listings (titles, descriptions, images, SKUs, and categories).
Manage pricing strategies, discounts, and promotional campaigns to remain competitive while protecting margins.
Order Fulfillment & Coordination
Monitor daily order flow across all marketplaces.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Handle returns, cancellations, and customer complaints in line with platform requirements.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track marketplace KPIs, including sales volume, conversion rates, seller ratings, and fulfillment performance.
Prepare periodic performance reports and recommend actions to improve marketplace sales and visibility.
Promotions & Growth
Plan and execute marketplace promotions, campaigns, and seasonal sales events.
Identify opportunities to expand product assortment and improve ranking within marketplaces.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience managing online marketplaces.
Mandatory experience within sports footwear, sports apparel, accessories, or sports equipment.
Experience working with reputed brands in the same field is required.
Strong understanding of marketplace operations, pricing, fulfillment, and analytics.
High attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and ability to work under performance targets.
