Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations & Management
Oversee daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant operations.
Implement and maintain warehouse safety and security protocols.
Supervise, mentor, and manage warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
Inventory Management
Manage inventory levels, including stock reconciliation, accuracy, and reporting.
Conduct regular audits to minimize discrepancies and losses.
Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to improve efficiency and accessibility.
Order Fulfillment & Logistics
Coordinate the timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment of offline and online orders.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to maintain seamless supply chain operations.
Process Improvement & Reporting
Develop, implement, and monitor warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Track warehouse performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for management.
Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and support business growth.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse management within the sports industry.
Mandatory experience with sports footwear, apparel, accessories, or sports equipment.
Experience working with reputed brands in the same field is required.
Strong leadership, coordination, and analytical skills.
High attention to detail, operational excellence, and focus on timely delivery.
