Key Responsibilities
Merchandise Planning & Buying Support
Support assortment planning and product selection to meet market demand.
Assist in preparing purchase plans and provide buying recommendations.
Monitor product performance and recommend adjustments to optimize sales.
Inventory & Stock Management
Plan and manage inventory levels for all stores to ensure optimal stock availability.
Allocate stock across stores based on sales trends, demand, and store performance.
Monitor daily sales reports and track inventory movement to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation
Ensure proper visual merchandising standards are maintained across all stores.
Coordinate with store teams to execute merchandising strategies effectively.
Vendor Coordination & Supply Chain
Liaise with vendors on order placements, delivery schedules, and timely replenishments.
Track supplier performance and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and analyze daily sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide actionable insights to improve sales performance and stock management.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion, Retail, Merchandising, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years' experience in merchandise/retail planning in the sports industry.
Strictly from the same field and experience with reputed brands is required.
Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under performance targets.
