Key Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard new vendors to expand the company\'s network.
Create engaging content to attract and recruit potential vendors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure long-term partnerships.
Assess and qualify vendor leads to identify business opportunities.
Monitor vendor performance and provide support to improve productivity and service delivery.
Track vendor activities and ensure compliance with company standards and expectations.
Key Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or any other business-related course.
1 - 2 years experience in sales and marketing.
Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Computer literate.
Ready to start immediately.
