Job Summary
We are seeking to employ a Business Development Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing clients, promoting loan products, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Source and onboard new loan clients
Market and promote the company's loan products
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Meet assigned monthly business targets
Conduct basic client assessment and documentation
Submit regular sales and performance reports
Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any discipline
Proven experience in loan marketing, sales, or business development is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
Basic knowledge of loan products and recovery process
Must be result-oriented and self-motivated.
