Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Promote the company's products and services to clients.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Generate leads and follow up on potential customers.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Support sales and marketing activities to achieve company targets.
Requirements
Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member seeking a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with little or no supervision.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer service tools is an advantage.
