Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Acquire and manage distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and retail outlets.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.
Ensure product availability across assigned territories.
Prepare sales reports and market intelligence.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3years' experience in FMCG sales or business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong understanding of sales processes and territory management.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
