Position Summary
This role is responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic relationship builder with a strong understanding of the development and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a business development strategy.
Identify new markets and revenue opportunities.
Build partnerships with corporates, government, NGOs, and international St. John organizations.
Lead proposal development and donor engagement.
Collaborate with communications to enhance visibility and promote services.
Monitor performance and report to management and the Board.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration, International Development, Marketing, or related field.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in business development or partnerships, with five (5) years in senior roles.
Proven success in fundraising and strategic relationship management.
Strong understanding of donor landscape and proposal development.
