Role Objective
Our client, a firm practicing legal services, is seeking a Business Growth Officer to drive business development by identifying and securing new clients, expanding the firm\'s client base, and supporting its continued growth.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and generate business opportunities.
Identify prospective corporate and individual clients through networking, referrals, market research, and other lead generation activities.
Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Represent the firm at networking events, business forums, and industry engagements to enhance visibility and generate leads.
Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients.
Collaborate with the legal team to understand client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform business development strategies.
Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of prospects and business opportunities.
Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports, including sales activities, client engagements, and performance against targets.
Contribute to the firm\'s marketing and brand visibility initiatives where required.
Job Specifications and Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least two (2) years of relevant experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client relationship management.
