Job Summary
The Business Manager will oversee and coordinate the operations, growth, and profitability of multiple business units within the organization, including Real Estate, Financial Services, Loans,Investments etc.
The role requires a strategic and results-oriented professional who can drive business development, improve operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and achieve revenue targets across the various business portfolios. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, financial management, business development, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and multiple business interests simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate the operations of the company.
Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, cash flow, and profitability across all business units.
Supervise loan portfolio management, including loan disbursement, repayment, recovery, and risk assessment.
Manage investment activities and provide recommendations to maximize returns while minimizing risks.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
Prepare and present business performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to management.
Lead, supervise, and develop teams to achieve operational and business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Meet agreed business growth, revenue, and performance targets.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Professional certifications in business management, finance, or marketing will be an added advantage.
A Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) is an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years' relevant work experience, preferably in the finance sector.
Proven track record in business development, revenue generation, client acquisition, and strategic partnership management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Remuneration
Starting salary of N600,000 per month
