SKLD Integrated Services is seeking a Business Transformation Officer to drive enterprise-wide transformation, optimize business processes, and deliver measurable improvements in operational performance across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business transformation initiatives and process improvement projects.
Optimize end-to-end value streams to improve efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
Drive change management and adoption of new processes across business units.
Develop performance dashboards, KPIs, and track transformation outcomes.
Support the COO in executing strategic initiatives and monitoring business performance.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years experience in business transformation, consulting, or operations.
Strong expertise in process optimization, change management, performance management, and project delivery.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA, PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma certification is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
