Responsibilties
Greet customers and provide friendly, courteous service.
Interact with customers, take orders and serve.
Process and receive payments from customers according to their preferred method of payment.
Up-sell and Cross-sell product items to drive sales.
Issue payment receipts for transactions made
Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
Ensure that the checkout area is clean, well-stocked, and free from clutter.
Follow all cash handling procedures and policies, including verifying the accuracy of currency, and credit card payments.
Count the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, and reconcile any discrepancies.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Follow and achieve the company's goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Comply with all procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
