Position Summary:
As the Coffee Strategic Planning Manager Africa, you will support the APAC & Africa Regional Coffee Program Manager in driving Nespresso's coffee sustainability and sourcing strategy across Africa. You will lead strategic planning, performance-based sourcing, sustainability initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and key transformation projects to achieve regional and global objectives.

Oversee digital traceability and ESG performance initiatives.

Lead operational reviews and represent the region in global meetings.
Build partnerships with local institutions and support sustainability communications.
What your experience should include:
Master's degree in business management, agronomy or related field.
Minimum 7 years' professional experience with strong business acumen.
Proven experience in strategy development, business transformation, and stakeholder management.
Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
Passion for sustainability and coffee.
Ability to work effectively across multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in sustainable sourcing, agriculture, or ESG initiatives is advantageous.
