Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Development Studies, or a related field
Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in communications, impact reporting, fundraising communications, preferably within a non-profit, NGO, or healthcare setting
Strong storytelling, content creation, and donor communication skills
Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms
Experience in photography, videography, and social media management
Strong analytical, creative, and interpersonal communication skills
Understanding of ethical storytelling, safeguarding, and beneficiary confidentiality
A strong portfolio showcasing impact reports, donor communications, graphic design, and video production will be an added advantage
