Role Objective
The successful candidate will drive business growth by developing and implementing growth strategies, identifying new market opportunities, expanding the firms client base, and strengthening marketing and business development initiatives.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and ways to increase revenue.
Create practical plans to help the firm grow and achieve its business goals.
Find and reach new markets, industries, and potential clients.
Suggest new or improved services that can attract more clients.
Recommend ways to improve business operations and increase efficiency.
Develop and carry out marketing and sales activities to attract new clients.
Monitor the progress of growth initiatives and make changes where necessary to achieve targets.
Set, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
Prepare regular reports on sales, business development activities, and overall growth performance.
Job Specifications and Qualifications
Diploma in Business Management, Marketing or Communication or related area from a recognized university.
At least two (2) years of relevant experience
