What we Ask


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline
6 - 10 years' experience in sales, preferably within FMCG, with strong exposure to distributor and territory management
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth across regions
Strong experience in distributor management, field sales force leadership, and retail execution
Good understanding of sales planning, forecasting, and route-to-market strategies
Strong analytical skills with experience in digital tools, reporting, and business insights generation
Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage budgets, credit risks, and deliver operational excellence
