The Security Officer supports the development and execution of security strategies to protect FrieslandCampina WAMCO's people, assets, and operations. The role is critical to supporting security operations, risk management, investigations, and compliance, ensuring a safe and secure environment that supports business continuity and operational excellence.
What we Ask
Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, Law, Military Studies, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in corporate security, risk management, law enforcement, military, or a similar security leadership role
Strong knowledge of security operations, investigations, crisis management, and regulatory compliance
Experience managing security service providers and coordinating with law enforcement agencies
Proven ability to develop and implement security policies, procedures, and business continuity plans
Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and people management skills
Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving capabilities
Experience working within a manufacturing or FMCG environment is an added advantage
