Job Summary


The Customer Satisfaction Representative (CSR) is a sales-focused role responsible for driving revenue growth while ensuring excellent customer experience across assigned regions.
The role involves managing customer relationships, promoting company products, resolving client concerns, and ensuring consistent market coverage.


Key Responsibilities


Drive sales of poultry vaccines, medications, and related products within assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, farmers, and key stakeholders.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt response to inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
Conduct regular field visits to customers and prospects to promote products and gather market intelligence.
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
Ensure timely order processing, delivery follow-up, and payment collection.
Organise product demonstrations, training sessions, and customer engagement activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports.
Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, technical, and admin) to ensure seamless service delivery.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)


Monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer retention and satisfaction levels.
Growth in customer base within the assigned region.
Timely collection of payments.
Market coverage and visit frequency.


Requirements & Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in poultry, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of poultry farming and animal health products is an advantage.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
