Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service / After-Sales Manager to oversee customer support operations and ensure excellent after-sales service delivery.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving complaints effectively, supervising support staff, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the customer service and after-sales support team.
Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and escalations professionally.
Ensure timely follow-up on customer issues and service requests.
Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvement strategies.
Coordinate with sales and operations departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Prepare weekly and monthly customer service performance reports.
Train and mentor customer service representatives for improved efficiency.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
Develop strategies to retain customers and improve brand loyalty.
Ensure company policies and customer service standards are properly followed.
Requirements
HND/B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years proven experience in customer service or after-sales management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts professionally.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
