Credpal is recruiting to fill the position of: Customer Service Officer. The position is located in Kano State. Interested candidates possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Marketing, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in Customer Service within a Microfinance Bank (MFB) and must reside in Kano State, preferably within or around Dawakin Kudu and its environs.
