Responsibilities
Customer Service (50%):
Respond to WhatsApp enquiries promptly.
Reply to Instagram, Facebook and email messages.
Send quotations.
Follow up on enquiries.
Book venue inspections.
Keep client records organised.
Collect deposits and confirm payments.
Prepare client files before events.
Social Media (40%):
Create very creative and intriguing content relevant to our events business
Post daily on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Schedule content using Meta Business Suite.
Reply to comments.
Reply to DMs.
Upload event photos and videos.
Assist with creating reels.
Get clientreviews.post review
Monitor engagement and report weekly
Administration (10%):
Assist with invoices.
Organise digital folders.
Keep event checklists updated.
Support the team during busy weekends.
Requirements
Must have:
Excellent English
Friendly personality
Great customer service skills
Good typing skills
Knowledge of Instagram & Facebook
Basic Canva skills Microsoft Word & Excel
Organised and punctual
Preferred:
Experience working with an events company
Lives around Ajah, Sangotedo, Lekki or Abraham Adesanya fo rease of movement.
