Job Requirements & Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in customer success, customer support, or other client-facing roles, preferably in health tech, digital services, or social impact organisations
Strong experience with call centre operations, CRM/ticketing systems, SLA management, and customer success metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT, CES)
Proven ability to manage customer relationships, drive engagement, and improve retention
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English required (Hausa is a plus)
Empathy-driven approach and strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable using digital tools, communication platforms, and basic data dashboards
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in chronic disease management, behavior change programs, or startup environments is an advantage
