This role supports the design, delivery, and scaling of mDoc's tele-education and capacity-building programs across Africa.


Key Responsibilities:


Support the design and implementation of tele-education and learning programs
Contribute to curriculum development, training materials, SOPs, and quality tools
Coordinate stakeholders, learning hubs, and subject matter experts
Support monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and quality improvement efforts
Assist with proposal development, partnerships, and business development initiatives
Contribute to dissemination of learning through reports, publications, and conferences


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Health, Social Sciences, Psychology, HR/Learning & Development, or related field
2 - 4 years of experience in program support, learning & development, project coordination, or digital/tele-education
Strong organisational, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
Comfortable working with data, virtual tools, and fast-moving teams
