This role supports mDoc's research and evidence-generation efforts across digital health and chronic disease care.
Key Responsibilities:
Support research protocols, ethics (IRB submissions), and high-quality data collection
Contribute to academic publications, conference abstracts, and literature reviews
Work cross-functionally with clinical, coaching, data, ML, and tech teams
Translate research findings into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
Support project management and research timelines
Requirements:
Master's degree in Public Health, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Health Informatics, or related field
1 - 3 years of research experience (digital health experience is a plus)
Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
Excellent scientific writing and communication skills
Curious, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
Experience using AI tools for research and productivity is an advantage
