Role Overview


As an Interviewer/Data Collector, you will be responsible for administering surveys, conducting interviews, and accurately capturing data in line with project guidelines and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities


Conduct interviews and administer questionnaires (digital or paper-based)
Accurately record responses and ensure completeness of data
Follow all data collection protocols and ethical standards
Engage respondents professionally and respectfully
Ensure timely submission of completed interviews and reports
Report field challenges and feedback to supervisors

Requirements


Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
Prior experience in data collection, surveys, or fieldwork is an advantage especially ACDRE/Social Research
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic proficiency in using smartphones/tablets for data collection
Ability to work in diverse field conditions and meet set targets
