We are seeking experienced Field Supervisors to be engaged on a project-by-project basis to support field operations, oversee enumerators, and ensure efficient and accurate data collection.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in a relevant field
2+ years of experience in field supervision, data collection, or related roles
Proven experience as a field interviewer
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage teams effectively
Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Conduct spot checks and quality control to ensure data reliability
Troubleshoot field challenges and escalate issues where necessary
Maintain clear documentation and reporting of field activities
