Role Overview
As a State Coordinator, you will play a critical role in overseeing field activities, managing teams, and ensuring that data collection is executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage field teams across assigned locations Coordinate and supervise data collection activities to ensure quality and timeliness
Ensure strict adherence to project protocols, methodologies, and ethical standards
Provide real-time support, troubleshooting, and guidance to field staff
Monitor performance and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment with project goals

Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in a relevant field
3+ years of proven experience in field coordination, experience with training field teams, data collection, or project management.
Ability to use a variety of data collection platforms
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem- solving skills including swift escalation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality data and effective field management under tight timelines
