Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter)
Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and copywriting for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize for ROI
Manage and grow the company's online presence and reputation
Develop email marketing campaigns and newsletters for lead generation
Monitor trends in digital marketing and real estate industry to identify opportunities
Collaborate with sales and property teams to support promotions and property launches
Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance and KPIs
Respond to online inquiries and engage with prospective clients
Optimize website content for SEO and user experience
Qualifications .
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
Certifications in digital marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or SEO are an advantage
Minimum 2 - 3 years proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles
Hands-on experience with social media advertising, analytics, and management tools
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools
