Job Summary .

Successful candidates will be responsible for driving international revenue growth by identifying global market opportunities and managing high-stakes relationships with international retailers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in export markets, Europe and Middle East markets..
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Prepare and implement annual sales forecasts, budgets, and performance plans.
Drive profitability through pricing strategies and cost management
Manage export documentation, regulatory compliance, and trade requirements.
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure efficient export operations.
Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and market visits
Develop and manage a strong distribution network internationally..
Negotiate international contracts, pricing, and supply agreements.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team.
Set performance targets and monitor individual and team performance.
Provide coaching, training, and development to improve sales effectiveness.
Foster a high-performance and results-oriented culture.


Qualifications.


Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Agribusiness, International Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years sales experience in fresh produce export.
Knowledge of European or Middle East buyer behavior.
Professional certification in Sales, Marketing, or Export Trade will be an added advantage.
Demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
Strong commercial and business development skills
Export trade knowledge and international market exposure
