The Digital Marketer will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing Divine Caterers Limited's digital marketing activities, with a strong focus on brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok)
Create engaging digital content including graphics, videos, reels, and written posts
Plan and manage paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media promotions)
Manage website content updates and support basic SEO initiatives
Monitor online inquiries, reviews, and customer engagement, ensuring timely responses
Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools
Support online promotions, campaigns, and brand partnerships
Coordinate with operations and sales teams to promote services and events
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing or social media management
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and digital trends
Experience with digital advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite)
Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar)
Familiarity with SEO, website management, and email marketing is an added advantage
Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills
