We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to shape the future of food and beverage in one of Kenya's premier fast-growing catering company.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee all food and beverage operations, including on-site catering events and service at different locations.
Manage, train, and supervise service teams, ensuring consistent standards across all deployment points.
Plan, organize, and execute events, ensuring timely delivery, quality service, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health compliance in line with company standards.
Collaborate with the kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow during events and daily operations.
Handle client communication, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Prepare and submit reports on event performance and operational efficiency to managements
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in hospitality management, with exposure to events management.
Strong leadership skills, capable of managing multiple teams across different locations.
Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
Good organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
