Key Responsibilities


Identify and prospect potential merchants (SMEs, retailers, distributors, service providers).
Sell Doroki platform licenses to qualified merchants.
Clearly communicate Doroki's value proposition, including order management, inventory control, payments, and logistics integration.
Conduct product demos (physical or virtual) to prospective merchants.
Support merchants in setting up their online stores and marketplace presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded merchants.
Provide basic post-onboarding support to ensure platform adoption.
Maintain accurate daily reporting of sales activities, prospects, and conversions.
Gather merchant feedback and competitor insights.
Provide market updates to management for product and strategy improvement.


Key Requirements


1 - 2 years sales experience with proven target achievement
Background in Fintech, Software, or Telecommunications
Strong SME / B2B sales experience
Good communication, negotiation & objection-handling skills
Territory/cluster management knowledge (added advantage)
Value-based selling skills
Knowledge of the HORECA sector.


Benefits


Salary: N120,000 per month.
10% commission on sales to be paid monthly
All statutory benefits included (HMO, Pension, 13th Month Salary, and other applicable remittances).
