Job Responsibilities
Overseeing daily operations and activities of Merchandisers, Canvassers and Adhocs on site.
Ensuring adequate staffing levels in accordance with the agreed service scope and duty rosters.
Monitoring attendance, punctuality, discipline, and conduct of outsourced staff.
Ensuring outsourced staff perform their duties in line with agreed service standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Conducting routine inspections and quality checks.
Ensuring compliance with the Rite Foods Limited's policies, site rules, health and safety regulations, and applicable laws.
Enforcing proper use of uniforms and identification
Reporting incidents, accidents, misconduct, or breaches of policy to ICSL and Rite Foods Limited
Acting as the primary point of contact between the Rite Foods Limited and the outsourced staff.
Receiving, documenting, and resolving client complaints or service requests within agreed timelines.
Escalating unresolved issues to the Service Provider's management.
Qualifications and Requirements
HND /B.Sc in any field.
Strong attention to detail and good customer relation skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supervisory role.
30 years and below.
