Salary: ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂæ170,000 per month plus performance-based bonus
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport passengers to their destinations while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, presentable, and in good working condition.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and promptly report any faults or maintenance issues.
Use the driver application to accept, manage, and complete trips accurately.
Maintain accurate records of trips and promptly remit payments in accordance with company procedures.
Comply with all company safety, operational, and customer service standards.
Handle passengers and challenging situations calmly and professionally.
Requirements
Female applicants only.
Minimum of an SSCE/OND qualification.
Valid Nigerian driver's licence.
LASDRI card (or willingness to obtain one).
Minimum of 3 years' professional driving experience.
Good knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic routes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to operate smartphones and navigation applications such as Google Maps.
Honest, punctual, professional, and customer-oriented.
No serious traffic or criminal record.
Work Schedule
Monday to Sunday on a rotating shift schedule.
Off days will be scheduled in accordance with the company's shift roster.
