Responsibilities
Manage the Jumia Seller Center (listings, pricing, inventory, ratings, disputes)
Execute Jumia promotional calendar (Anniversary, Black Friday, Pay Day) and coordinate with the local Account Manager
Track weekly KPIs (GMV, conversion, SLA) and report to the Country Lead
Coordinate with warehouse and last-mile partners to maintain fulfillment SLAs
Monitor competitors on Jumia, Jiji, and other local channels - Work with colleagues joining the team from other departments as part of team integration
Requirements
E-commerce experience and Jumia Seller Center knowledge is a strong plus
Valid driver's license + own vehicle for multi-site visits
Open to working with colleagues transferred from other departments
Available to start within 1week.
